We’re excited to introduce a powerful enhancement to Voice Broadcasts!
You can now trigger an SMS message at the end of a call based on specific outcomes:
✅ Successful Call – Send a confirmation or follow-up SMS.
❌ Failed Call – Notify the recipient or provide alternative contact options.
📞 Menu Option Selected – Deliver personalized information via SMS.
This feature gives you more flexibility to engage your audience and automate communication workflows seamlessly.
