The starting time, ISO date with format YYYY-MM-DD or YY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss in UTC. Time is required when the group is hour.

The ending time, ISO date with format YYYY-MM-DD or or YY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss in UTC, mandatory if group is dayor month. Time is required when the group is hour.
