Send a survey via FTP

Trigger your survey by uploading a file containing the contact information using the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) method. This is a convenient way to distribute surveys to a large group of contacts all at once.

To use this method, follow the steps below:

1. Prepare a file containing the contact information in a specific format. The file must be in CSV (comma-separated values) format, and the first row must contain the column headers
2. Upload it to Naxai using an FTP client. You will need to provide your FTP credentials, which can be provided by our support team ([email protected]).
