Suppressions
The email suppression list represents a list of email addresses from contacts that will no longer receive your emails. This protective mechanism prevents sending emails to recipients who previously opted out of your communication, bounced or marked it as spam. This allows Naxai to preserve the reputation of the sending address.
When a recipient is in the suppression list, the email will not be delivered to that recipient, and a specific event is sent to your webhooks if configured.
The suppression list will show the email address of the recipient, when it has been created, and the details of the reason why it has been included in the list. For example:
- The recipient has not been found
- The address has been rejected
