Team Roles and Permissions

When adding users to your Naxai account, you must assign a role. A user’s role determines their level of access to platform features, integrations, configuration settings, contacts, and billing information.

Permissions apply at either:

  • Account level (global access across subaccounts), or
  • Subaccount level (limited to specific subaccounts).
