SMS 2 way configuration (Beta)

The SMS 2-way allows your audience to respond to your survey invitation directly via SMS, in a conversational way.

The configuration process is very similar to the SMS link configuration but is currently in Beta. If you would like to try it out, click on the Activate Channel button on the bottom of the screen.
