Survey feedback

The feedback section in the reporting allows you to view individual text responses in detail for each respondent.

It is also paired with an emotion and sentiment analysis. The analysis is presented in the form of a sentiment word (positive, neutral, negative) or emotion (joy, anger, sadness, fear, and disgust), allowing you to quickly understand the sentiment of your survey responses. In cases where a response has mixed emotions, we highlight each sentence that contains a strong emotion. This feature helps you identify areas for improvement and gain valuable insights into your audience's perception of your product or service.
