Naxai offers the ability to create tags to help categorize and organize your feedback responses. A tag is associated with specific words or phrases, which are often related to the business or survey goals. For example, you can create the tag "polite" and associate it with words such as "nice", "friendly", "polite", "helpful", and "courteous". Each time a feedback contains one of these words, it is automatically tagged with "polite", making it easy to track and analyze the feedback related to this specific tag.
In the Tags section of the reporting, you'll see the percentage of feedback that mentions each keyword associated with the tags. Additionally, a word cloud visualizes the most frequent used words in the feedback, making it easy to identify common themes and topics mentioned by respondents.
