Testing RCS Messages
Before your Agent is fully launched, you can still validate how your messages look and behave on real devices by adding phone numbers as testers.
Testers only matter before launch. Once your Agent is live, you can send RCS to any RCS-capable number without adding it as a tester first.
Managing testers
Go to RCS > Testers, select the Agent you want to test, and you'll see the list of phone numbers added as testers for that Agent.
Each tester shows its phone number, a label you choose (for example "Test Android" or "Test iPhone"), and its current status.
Invite status
Adding a phone number as a tester sends it an invitation. The tester must accept this invitation on their device before they can receive messages from your unlaunched Agent. A tester moves through:

|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, not yet responded to |
| Accepted | Tester accepted — they can now receive test messages from this Agent |
| Declined | Tester declined the invitation |
You can add up to 200 testers per Agent.
Removing a tester
Remove a tester from the list at any time — for example, once you're done testing or a device is no longer needed.
